1 head lettuce
1 box frozen peas, thawed
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 bunch green onions
1/2 green pepper
1 bottle bacon bits
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together sour cream, Miracle Whip and sugar. In a large salad bowl layer the lettuce, peas, onions, green pepper, eggs, bacon bits and cheddar cheese. Pour the sour cream, Miracle Whip, sugar mixture over the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Broccoli or cauliflower may be substituted for the peas, green onions or green peppers.
