LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
2 c. Miracle Whip
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained and broken
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Layer in the order given and let set overnight. Toss before serving. Drain lettuce well before chopping so the salad stays crisp. Can be stored no more then 5 days. Serves 15 to 20 people.
