CHERRY MASH CHOCOLATES 
2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 boxes Betty Crocker cherry frosting mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. jar red maraschino cherries, chopped and drained
1 lb. chocolate almond bark
10 oz. chopped salted peanuts

Mix the first 6 ingredients with hands and chill. Make into small balls and put in freezer for 20 minutes. Dip balls into melted chocolate almond bark to which chopped salted peanuts have been added. I use a small crock pot for the chocolate.
