BANANA NUT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. mashed real ripe bananas
3 tbsp. sour milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter, melted until lightly brown
2 c. powdered sugar (may use more)
1/2 tsp, maple flavoring
5 tbsp. milk

Mix and spread on cake.
