OPEN-FACED CORNED BEEF
SAUERKRAUT SANDWICHES
 
2 (14 oz.) cans sauerkraut
2 cans corned beef
3 tbsp. salad dressing
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
3 tbsp. horseradish mustard

Drain sauerkraut. Chop up the corned beef with a fork. Grate the Swiss cheese. Mix all ingredients together and place in a slow cooker for 2 hours. Serve on party rye.
