OREO CREAM CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cream cookies
1 stick butter (oleo)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding or 2 sm. pkgs. pudding
3 c. milk

Crush 1 (20 ounce) package of Oreo cream cookies, save 1/2 cup for topping.

Mix 1 stick melted butter and crushed cookies and spread on bottom of cake pan or Pyrex (9 x 13 square inch) dish. Cool in refrigerator. Mix 8 ounce cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar. Fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Spread in pan on top of cookie layer. Mix 1 large instant chocolate pudding or 2 small packages and 3 cups milk. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Frost with Cool Whip (8 ounce). Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs on top.
