2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water

Sift dry ingredients together. Add mayonnaise and water. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

A good marshmallow frosting on this is great!
