BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)
1 c. loose packed hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook sausage and drain, arrange rolls in pizza pan with points facing center, spoon sausage over the rolls, top with potatoes and cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over the pizza. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Before baking, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
