MAKE AND BAKE CHICKEN 
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried minced onions
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. corn oil
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up

Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken. Put ingredients in a plastic bag. Brush each piece of chicken on all sides with oil. Put pieces in bag two at a time and shake. Place the chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turn chicken and continue baking for 20 minutes more.

Those real heavy wax bags in some cereal boxes work well for shaker bags.
