2 c. lowfat cottage cheese 4 tbsp. buttermilk 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. mayonnaise (OR 1/2 c. light mayonnaise) 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped 1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed Mix cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice in blender until very smooth. Remove from blender and add remaining ingredients. Chill well. (66 calories per 1/4 cup) |
