MARJORAM NOODLES | |
1/2 lb. lean ground pork 2 tbsp. oil 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. marjoram 1 pkg. noodles Brown the meat in a skillet with the oil. Discard the oil. Add the marjoram and salt to taste. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer for 1/2 hour. Boil the noodles, drain and add to the above. Add 1/4 cup cream or canned milk. |
