CAESAR SALAD 
1 can anchovies, drained
1 1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 to 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, coddled
3 heads Romaine lettuce, washed, dried and torn
Parmesan cheese
Croutons

In blender or food processor, mix all of the above ingredients except lettuce, cheese and croutons. Process about 15 to 20 seconds. Toss with bite size pieces of Romaine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons to taste.
