CHICKEN TOSTADAS 
1 1/2 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
3 c. shredded cooked chicken
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light naturals shredded reduced fat mild cheddar cheese
8 tostada shells
1 tomato, chopped

Toss chicken with salsa. Spread tostada shells with cream cheese product; top with chicken mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Serve with additional salsa and jalapeno pepper slices, if desired. 8 servings. Preparation time: 20 minutes.
