PINEAPPLE SQUARES 
1 block butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can (#2) crushed pineapple, well drained

Melt butter. Cream butter and sugar at medium speed and approximately 2 minutes at high speed. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add nuts and pineapple. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
