MEXICAN SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked pinto beans (1 can)
1/2 c. Catalina French dressing
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
4 c. shredded lettuce
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Sour cream, optional

Brown meat and onion. Cook onion until tender. Stir in beans, French dressing, water and chili powder. Simmer 15 minutes. Add meat sauce and cheese to lettuce. Serve over corn chips.
