FIRECRACKER SALAD 
1 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
2 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot
4 tsp. Kikkoman Soy sauce
1 c. julienne-stripped radishes
1 c. julienne-stripped cucumber
4 c. finely shredded iceberg lettuce
1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh cilantro or parsley

Measure sesame seed, vinegar, sugar, ginger and Soy sauce into jar with screw-top lid; cover and shake well until sugar dissolves. Combine radishes, cucumber and 3 tablespoons dressing; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss lettuce with cilantro in large bowl. Pour radish mixture and remaining dressing over lettuce. Toss lightly to combine. Makes 6 servings.
