CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Grate zucchini with peel and set aside. Cream butter, oil and sugar. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend both mixtures together. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and all dry ingredients - add to mixture. Stir in zucchini. Pour batter into 9 x 13 inch pan or 3 loaf pans. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes (9 x 13) inch pan or 40 minutes for loaf pans.
