SPICY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 c. apple butter
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. evaporated milk

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour in shell. Bake in hot oven at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream. The apple butter makes it a spicier pumpkin pie.
