Individual casserole dishes 1/4 to 1/3 lb. scallops per dish 2 tbsp. dry cooking sherry Garlic powder Whole wheat bread crumbs Salt Grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. melted butter Into each individual dish, place 1/4 to 1/3 pound scallops. Add 2 tablespoons dry cooking sherry; add a sprinkle of garlic powder. Top with whole wheat bread crumbs, another sprinkle of garlic powder, a sprinkle of salt, grated Parmesan cheese. Pour 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons melted butter over contents of each dish. Bake in a HOT, 450 to 475 degree oven until done, about 10 to 12 minutes. |
