MARGE'S BROWNIES 
1 box Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 sm. can Pet milk
3/4 c. butter
1 pkg. vanilla caramels
1 c. chocolate chips

Melt butter. Add to cake mix. Then add 1/3 cup of Pet milk; mix well. Place 1/2 of mixture in a greased, floured 13x8 inch pan for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels and 1/3 cup Pet milk. Place chocolate chips on hot cake. Add caramel mixture. Spread together to mix chips and caramels. Place the rest of cake mixture on top, covering the caramel mixture. Bake for 15-18 minutes (or until top looks dry) at 350 degrees.
