GIFT OF THE SEA 
1 lb. med. shrimp, raw shell on
1 sm. pkg. grated soft Mozzarella cheese
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Saute mushrooms, mix with sour cream and soy sauce. Shell and devein shrimp, cook into boiling water until done, about 7 minutes. Drain and place four equal piles on cookie sheet or small cake pan that has been greased.

Spoon on the sour cream mixture equally on each portion. Put an equal amount cheese on each portion, sprinkle with paprika. Place in broiler, medium distance, broil until cheese melts. Serve hot. NOTE: For additional servings, add 1/4 pound of shrimp for each, also more of topping. Serves 4.
