CHICKEN RICE ZUCCHINI BAKE | |
1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 soup can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1/2 soup can of water 1 1/2-2 c. cooked chopped chicken 1 1/2-2 c. cooked rice 1 med. zucchini, chopped 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese Brown onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Place in buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. |
