CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter, 12 oz.
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. sugar
3 c. all purpose flour
6 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Butter and flour a bundt pan an put aside. Cream together butter and cream cheese until lighter. Add sugar gradually and whip at moderately high speed until pale colored. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix in. Sift together flour and salt and add slowly, mixing at lowest speed only until thoroughly blended. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool on a rack for 10 to 15 minutes. Invert out of pan and finish cooling on the rack. Store covered.
