BEEF VEGETABLE HOTDISH 
Sliced potatoes
4 sliced carrots
1 lb. hamburger
2 cans beef vegetable soup

Brown hamburger. Slice potatoes to cover bottom of casserole dish. Put carrots and hamburger on potatoes. Pour soup over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Also great - to add a layer of sliced onion... and use Cream of Mushroom soup. Can use any leftover vegetable as a layer... including sprinkling a few peas, etc., Excellent - simple.
