CABBAGE HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
6 c. chopped cabbage
1 can tomato soup
Sugar to taste

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Place 3 cup chopped cabbage in bottom of 2 quart baking dish. Cover with meat and onion mixture. Top with 3 remaining cups of chopped cabbage. Pour tomato soup over top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

I love this hotdish, especially in the Fall and winter. I omit the sugar, but it's a matter of taste.
