FRUIT PIZZA 
DOUGH:

3/4 c. butter
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sour cream (optional)

Mix sugar and butter, add egg and remaining ingredients. Grease 2 pizza pans well and pat dough into each pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or light brown. Remove and cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream cheese and sour cream and powdered sugar, vanilla and spread on cooled dough. Top with fresh fruit in any order you desire, starting from the outside edges and moving toward the center. Keep refrigerated until 10 minutes before serving.

FRUIT:

Strawberries
Kiwi
Mandarin oranges
Blueberries

Use 1 1/2 cups each.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. currant jelly
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Let cool. Just before serving, drizzle glaze all over fresh fruit on pizza.
