CHICKEN MARSALA 
2 lbs. chicken legs & thighs
2 lbs. chicken cutlets, cut up
5 tbsp. flour
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms
Season to taste: salt, pepper, basil, garlic, parsley
1/2 c. chopped onions
6 oz. marsala wine
16 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce

Use 10"x12"x2" baking dish (approximately). Put flour and chicken parts in paper bag. Hold top closed and shake well until chicken parts are coated. Set parts in 2" deep baking dish. Sprinkle onions and mushrooms over chicken. Add seasoning. Pour wine over mixture. Lastly, pour the Hunt's tomato sauce over evenly.

Put in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, turning and stirring periodically until golden brown. Gravy mixture may be poured over cooked Minute Rice. Serves 6.
