CHOCOLATE COVERED RITZ 
1 inch sq. paraffin wax
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Ritz crackers
Peanut butter

Spread peanut butter on Ritz crackers. Melt the square of wax in a double boiler. Add chocolate chips and melt until cream. Drop crackers, peanut butter side down, into chocolate.

Use a fork to turn cracker over and slide it up the side of the pan to let extra chocolate run off.

Lay on wax paper and put in a cool place to harden. Store in cool dry place.

This is good, been making them for years. You can omit peanut butter, use single cracker, add peppermint oil. Taste like a thin mint!

You can melt the choc chips in the microwave in a glass bowl. You can add some crisco, that gives the chocolate some glaze.
