3 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sugar, milk and butter; boil for 1 minute. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
