ROLLED ROUND STEAK 
1 round steak
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1/8 c. milk

Combine crumbs, onion, salt and pepper. Moisten with a little milk. Spread over the steak. Roll, lengthwise, and tie with a string to secure it. Bake in covered pan to which 1/4 cup water has been added. Bake 2 hours at 250 degrees.
