ROLLED ROUND STEAK 
1 round steak
Olive oil
1 garlic clove
Salt and pepper
1 lg. carrot, sliced
1 sm. zucchini, sliced
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 (15 oz.) pizza sauce
Peanut oil

Flatten steak. Beat well. Press garlic clove over steak. Add a few drops of olive oil (rub in steak). Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sliced carrots, zucchini and eggs (spread down the middle of the steak). Roll and tie the steak with 3 or 4 pieces of kite string. Brown well. (Heat pan first, then add a little peanut oil, then steak.) Pour pizza sauce over steak. Cover and cook 1 hour in 375 oven.
