ROUND STEAK ROLL-UPS 
Round steak
Bacon strips
Celery
Onions
Carrots
2 c. boiling water
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash soy sauce
Salt
Pepper
Seasoning salt

Pound steak well then cut into 3x5 inch pieces. Onto each piece place bacon, celery, onion, carrots. Roll up and secure with thread or skewers. Brown well. Add boiling water, sauces and seasonings. Simmer until tender.
