3/4 lb. graham crackers
1/2 lb. butter melted
Mix and press 3/4 of mixture into 7 x 11 inch pan. 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 lbs. cottage cheese 1 lg. can condensed milk (Pet or Carnation) 4 lg. eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 4 tbsp. flour
Crush cheese with fork or in food processor. Add egg yolks, which have been mixed with lemon juice, until thick, then sugar, flour, vanilla, and milk. Lastly, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle with reserved cracker mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes in moderate oven (350 degrees).
