CHICKEN DIJON 
2 boneless breast of chickens
1 tbsp. butter
Dijon sauce (recipe follows)

Brown chicken on both sides in 1 tablespoon butter in nonstick skillet. Place chicken in baking dish and pour Dijon sauce over all. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

Sauce: 2 tablespoons mustard, 1 cup water, 1 clove minced garlic and juice of 1 lemon. Mix all ingredients. Bake until brown.
