WEDDING PUNCH 
1 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
4 qts. Ginger ale
2 pts. sherbet (pineapple) - (may also use orange or lime sherbet)

Heat sugar and water until sugar dissolves; cool. Combine sugar mixture with orange juice and Ginger Ale in punch bowl. Add ice cubes. Drop sherbet in by spoonfuls. Serves 50.
