PORK CHOP SPECIAL 
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. water
1/2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
4 center cut pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
1 lemon
1 onion

Mix first 6 ingredients. Put chops in flat baking dish in one layer. Pour sauce over chops. Slice lemon and onion and arrange one slice of each on each chop. Refrigerate. When ready, place in 325 degree oven covered for 2 hours. Remove cover and baste well with the sauce. Continue baking, uncovered, for 1/2 hour more. Spoon sauce over chops before serving. Delicious with baked potato, noodles or rice.
