ZESTY PORK CHOPS 
6 (3/4 inch) pork chops
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 c. hickory flavored ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lg. tart apple, sliced
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. water

Brown chops in oil; season with salt. Drain off grease. Combine syrup, ketchup, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve 1/2 cup and pour remaining over chops. Simmer on low heat 25 minutes. Place apple slice on each chop, top with remaining sauce. Blend water with cornstarch and pour into sauce. Cook until thickened. Serves 6.
