LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground meat
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. lasagne
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. cottage cheese

Brown beef in skillet with olive oil and garlic. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, salt, oregano and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook lasagne noodles in boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse. Fill a rectangular casserole with alternate layers of noodles, cheese, meat and sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
