MALTED MILK BARS 
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. malted milk balls
1/2 c. malted milk powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 7 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. In medium bowl at medium speed, cream butter and sugar. Add egg, malted milk powder, milk, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Add flour and baking powder; beat until well blended. In food processor, process malted milk balls until coarsely chopped (about 5 seconds). With rubber spatula, fold into batter. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool to serve; cut in bars.
