CHIPPED BEEF & PEPPER BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (light)
1 pkg. Esskay dried (chipped) beef
Coarse ground pepper

In food processor, chop dried beef. Roll, mash cream cheese with beef. Roll into 1 large or 2 smaller cheese balls. Roll ball in pepper until ball is completely covered. Serve immediately, or chill in refrigerator. Serve with Triscuits, Wheat Thins, etc.
