BRACIOLA 
Top round of beef, 1/4 inch thick
Salt and pepper
Oregano
Basil
Garlic, cut in sm. pieces
Sausage, sauteed and crumbled

Pound top round with mallet. Sprinkle with sausage, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold in sides of beef, then roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Brown in olive oil. Add favorite tomato sauce. Cook on low heat 2-2 1/2 hours.
