BUTTERMINTS 
2 lbs. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. mint extract
1 tsp. wintergreen extract
Red, yellow and green food coloring

Mix the sugar, butter and cream cheese well. Divide the mixture into three bowls. In one bowl add a little red food coloring to make pink and the wintergreen extract. In one bowl add the butter extract and yellow food coloring. In one bowl add the mint extract in a little powdered sugar. Place on waxed paper. Use a fork to flatten the ball out. Do this for all three bowls of mixture. Let the mints set out overnight to dry. Don't both looking for the missing mints in the morning.
