DOUBLE DECKER FUDGE 
1 stick butter
4 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (dark)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Boil the butter, sugar, milk, and salt until it reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add the marshmallows, nuts, and vanilla. Stir until marshmallows are melted. Divide the mixture and add the dark chocolate chips to the one half. Add the milk chocolate chips to the other half. Pour the dark fudge into buttered pan. Spread the lighter fudge on top. Cut when set.
