SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 can salmon
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
crackers or bread
crumbs (to thicken)
salt and pepper to taste

Beat eggs. Add salmon and onion. Add salt and pepper. Stir in enough crumbs to mold firmly. Fry in hot grease until brown on both sides.
