SMOKED SALMON & SPINACH SALAD 
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Pommery mustard
3 oz. honey
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

SALAD:

2 to 3 oz. fresh spinach leaves
1/2 each tomato julienne, peeled
2 slices smoked salmon, split

Toss spinach leaves in dressing. Arrange on plate.
