1 pkg. Duncan Hines golden butter recipe cake mix
1 sm. can orange sections, undrained
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix together ingredients on medium speed for 4 minutes. Grease and flour 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Drain crushed pineapple and pat back half of juice or little more. Mix in vanilla, pudding by hand. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Top with maraschino cherries. Cover and refrigerate.
