MANDARIN ORANGE DELIGHT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
3 eggs
1 stick butter

Grease a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all 4 ingredients together for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Blend together pudding mix and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake. Store in refrigerator.
