MRS. BEELEN'S CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

2 chocolate crumb crusts
1 lb. chocolate chips, melted & cooled
2 eggs
4 egg yolks (save whites)
8 oz. Cool Whip

Stir in eggs and yolks, one at a time to melted chocolate chips. Stir in Cool Whip. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fill crusts and chill overnight. Top with Cool Whip and maraschino cherries dipped in melted chocolate.
