FIREMAN'S BREAKFAST 
12 eggs
1/2 pt. cream
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Break eggs into pan and poke each yolk (or lightly scramble). Pour cream over all. Add 1/2 of grated cheese. Brown sausage and drain; add onions, mushrooms to sausage and cook with a little butter. (This step can easily be done ahead.) Pour over mixture. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Serves 8.
