CITRUS COLESLAW 
1/2 c. low-fat yogurt (orange or lemon)
1 tbsp. skim milk
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
3 c. cabbage, shredded
Carrots, shredded
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, chilled & drained (or 1 c. fresh orange sections, drained)

In a medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt, milk and ginger. Stir together well. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Serves 4.
